Editable training materials for a session on flexible, situational leadership.
Truly great managers and leaders are hard to define. This is because they are like chameleons; constantly changing and adapting to what’s happening around them.
To be successful in the long term, we must all be able to adapt. This bite-size training session looks at why you need to change your leadership style to suit the personalities of your people and the task that you are completing. Effective leadership is flexible leadership and you must be able to apply different styles in a constantly changing environment.
This 60 minutes workshop (which can be extended to 2 hours and 45 minutes) is all about recognising different styles of leadership and knowing when each is appropriate.
By completing this Workshop delegates will be able to:
- Describe four different styles of leadership.
- Explain when each is useful and when it isn’t.
- Identify their own ‘natural style’ and specific situations when they need to adopt a different one.
Why not download our FREE key points sheet and view the optional PowerPoint Slides in pdf format to get a flavour of the content? Remember though that the workshop is highly interactive, and these materials don't reflect all the content - just the core. Much more detail is included in the training session plan and detailed delegate workbook which you get when you purchase.
