To be successful in the long term, we must all be able to adapt. This bite-size training session looks at why you need to change your leadership style to suit the personalities of your people and the task that you are completing. Effective leadership is flexible leadership and you must be able to apply different styles in a constantly changing environment.

 

This 60 minutes workshop (which can be extended to 2 hours and 45 minutes) is all about recognising different styles of leadership and knowing when each is appropriate.

 

By completing this Workshop delegates will be able to:

 

  • Describe four different styles of leadership.
  • Explain when each is useful and when it isn’t.
  • Identify their own ‘natural style’ and specific situations when they need to adopt a different one.
