Taking action to manage conflict can seem quite daunting, but it is part of a manager’s core responsibilities - it goes with the territory of managing people. If you ignore conflict and disruptive behaviour, problems will escalate and things are much harder to deal with.
This Power Hour training session is all about understanding conflict, and taking action to minimise the negative effects it can have.
